Integrare was born from a desire to integrate health, well-being and self-care. The treatments combine Ayurveda, the ancient Indian medicine, and Natural Gynecology, based on the ancestral knowledge of Brazilian indigenous peoples. In my sessions and massages I integrate these practices to help you build a solid path towards your own well-being. The intention is that you reconnect with your essence and restore your body's ability to self-regulate itself in a conscious way that is also compatible with your routines.
I'm Carla Borges
and six years ago I decided to reactivate an old dream: to dedicate myself to care. I discovered in Ayurveda and in the knowledge of indigenous peoples, holistic approaches that focus not only on the physical body, but also on the mental, emotional and spiritual health, treating the roots of imbalances, beyond the symptoms. I fell in love! As I got deeper into these ancient practices and healed myself, I consolidated that more people could access this knowledge and reconnect with their bodies and their origins. I want to accompany you on this irresistible and irreversible journey if self-knowledge.
practical information
public | people who seek a moment of self-care led by a professional certified in ancestral techniques and knowledge. The services include pregnant women and children. Unfortunately it is still necessary to reinforce: the integrare massages do not have any sexual connotation.
languages | the services can be done in English, French, Spanish or Portuguese.
location | integrare sessions are done in person or online. The massages take place in Luxembourg, in Munsbach or in Rollingergrund, in the space of our partner The Holistic Corner. It is possible to book massages at home for regular packages (weekly, quarterly or monthly) contracted in advance, with a deslocation fee of €30 per massage.
schedule | Monday to Friday, from 8am to 8pm; Saturdays, from 8am to 4pm, upon availability.
appointments | the appointments are made directly with Carla Borges by WhatsApp with at least 24 hours in advance. Send your message whenever you want and I'll answer as soon as possible!
cancellations | please advise as soon as possible of your unavailability. In case of cancellation in less than 24h, will be charged 50% of the value of the service.
